Hi - I've been using Quicken 2018 (v 5.8.2 ) for Mac with Quicken Connect to download my Bank of America transactions. I have 3 BoA accounts but for the past month+ Quicken will only download 1 of the accounts and ignores the other 2. I'm not getting any errors, but the other 2 accounts now show as not set up for transaction download (under Settings). When I try to set them up again to download transactions, during the setup process it only shows the 1 account available to link, and never lists the other 2 accounts. All 3 accounts still exist with BoA and I've made no changes to these accounts or to Quicken, but all of a sudden Quicken doesn't see 2 of the accounts when I try to set up them up for download. I'm running Quicken 2019 Deluxe (v 5.8.2) for Mac Sierra and using Quicken Connect. I don't see an option specifically for 'Online Services' for the accounts, but under 'Settings' for each account, 'Downloads' is listed under Financial Institutions, and for 2 of the 3 accounts, it shows as 'This account is not set up for transaction download'. For the 1 account that is working, under 'Downloads' it lists the Financial Institution: Bank of America and Connection Type: Quicken Connect. For the 2 accounts that are showing as not set up, when I try to set them up with 'Bank of America' as the selected bank and provide my login creds, it only lists the 1 BoA account that is already linked, but not the other 2 BoA accounts. Again, nothing has changed with my 3 BoA accounts and all were downloading transactions fine previously. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.
